Return & Refund Policy

Overview
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or preferences. Before purchasing, please review product descriptions, size charts, and photos carefully. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-returns policy.

Defective or Damaged Items / Wrong Item Received
We understand that mistakes or quality issues can happen. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or not the item you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a claim, email foreignkultures@mail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the defect/damage or wrong item

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will, at our discretion, offer one of the following remedies:

  • Replacement of the same item (subject to availability)

  • Store credit for future use

  • In rare approved cases, a refund of the item’s purchase price (shipping costs are refundable only if the error was on our part)

Important Conditions:

  • The item must be unworn (except in the case of a defect), unwashed, and with all original tags/packaging intact unless otherwise instructed.

  • For approved replacements or credits, we will cover return shipping if the error was ours (defect, wrong item). If the claim is not approved or is due to customer mishandling, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order only if it has not yet shipped. To attempt a cancellation, contact us immediately at foreignkultures@mail.com. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged except under the defective/damaged provisions above.

Sizing & Color Disclaimer
We do our best to accurately represent colors and sizing, but actual colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings. Size charts are provided—please refer to them before ordering. We are not responsible for customers ordering incorrect sizes or for minor color variations; such purchases remain final.

Shipping on Remedies

  • If we approve a replacement due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return label and ship the replacement at no additional cost.

  • For any other approved remedy, details (like store credit issuance) will be communicated via email.

Limitation of Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law. In jurisdictions where certain rights cannot be waived, those rights remain in effect.
